A plant with a straight branched stem 50-80 cm high. Flowers are collected in small inflorescences-baskets. Coloring white and blue.
Cornflowers are very popular flowers, blooming from June to September, used for decorating flower beds, flowering lawns and for cutting.

Agrotechnics.
The plant is light-loving, cold-resistant, drought-resistant, undemanding to the soil, but prefers loose, nutritious, neutral. Does not like waterlogging.
Propagated by sowing seeds in April-May in open ground (seed depth 0.3-0.5 cm) or before winter in nests of 3-4 pieces.
At a soil temperature of +15°C, shoots appear in 14-20 days. Seedlings are thinned out, maintaining a distance of 20-35 cm between plants.
For greater bushiness, plants are pinched.
Perfect for high borders, for landscape-style flower beds and for cutting.
